Grandpa’s Shishliki Marinade

In a tall container layer meat (ideally chicken or lamb) with:

  • Onions
  • Lemons – cut fine…more or less depending on how lemony you want it
  • Crushed garlic
  • Soya Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

The amounts are discretionary.

Ideally, marinate it for three days. Keep it in the container for the first day – shake occasionally. Then place it in plastic bags for the remaining two day, mixing occasionally.
